Who We Are
Since 1983, Crimaldi & Son, Inc. has earned a reputation as Northeast Ohio’s most skilled and trusted team in electrical work.
Meet the father and son team…
Gary Joseph Crimaldi was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio’s Little Italy neighborhood. Following high school, Gary enlisted in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. In his service, he worked as an electrician where he became highly skilled in this vocation. After returning to the U.S., Gary took a job with General Electric as a maintenance electrician. By 1979 he began doing electrical work independently, and come 1983 Crimaldi Electric, LLC. had legs of its own.
Christopher Crimaldi completed high school in Solon, Ohio. After graduation, Chris enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and proudly served from 1992 to 1997. During his service, - he —, like his father had done before him in Vietnam - found himself working as an electronic tech/mechanical drone aircraft electrician. When Crimaldi completed his tour of duty and returned home in 1997, he was ready to apply his skillset and joined forces with Gary - coining Crimaldi & Son, Inc.
Christopher continues to manage Crimaldi & Son, Inc. to this day. He is also the founder of The Glass Asylum - an interactive glass blowing studio in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, as well as a talented artist in his own right with Chris Crimaldi Designs (CCD). His discipline is a testament to a work ethic, he says, stems directly from watching his father.
Crimaldi & Son, Inc. prides itself on hard work, (Crimaldi Sr. is still working daily in his 70s), dedication, and connecting with their clients. Their core values are based around American pride - using American-made materials to build American-made products.
